Reader Reflection: A Character You Never Forgot

Reader Reflection: A Character You Never Forgot

Every week, Fiction & Feelings invites our story keepers to pause, reflect, and connect β€” through the books that have moved us most.

Because some characters don't just live in their stories… they take up residence in us. They shape the way we think, the way we love, the way we see ourselves. πŸŒ™

πŸ“– This Week's Reflection

"Is there a character you've never forgotten? What is it about them that stayed with you?

Some characters leave quietly. Others take up permanent residence somewhere inside you β€” showing up in the way you think, the choices you make, the person you're becoming."

Before You Reflect…

Close your eyes and think about the characters who have lived in you long after the book ended. The ones you find yourself thinking about in quiet moments. The ones whose choices you still turn over in your mind.

Maybe they were nothing like you β€” and yet something about them felt deeply familiar.
Maybe they showed you a version of strength, or softness, or survival that you needed to see.

This week, we want to meet them through you. πŸ•―οΈ

Let Yourself Explore

  • Who is the character β€” and what book are they from?
  • What is it about them that you've never been able to let go of?
  • Did they show you something about yourself?
  • How have they shown up in your life since you finished the book?

Your reflection doesn't have to be long. Even a few honest sentences carry so much. πŸ–€
